i just got back from a GLORIOUS weekend at the gorgeous Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Ma (cape cod) -- please check that out, you will not be disappointed!
As for the vineyard, Edgartown is beautiful and it depends on what you are looking for -- darling B&Bs or even a more secluded stay at The Outermost Inn (owned by James Taylor's brother) in Aquinnah -- on the cliffs. Nantucket is def. more quiet than the cape or vineyard... i'd be happy to go into more details if you like -- just let me know! happy planning!!! :-)
NANTUCKET all the way, you can't go wrong, the place is magical. Please let me know if you'd like any help with anything Cape and Island related!
I've never been to Nantucket, but we LOVE Martha's Vineyard! You would love the Charlotte Inn!
